Shipping Policy – Retro FC
This Shipping Policy explains how Retro FC processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
During new drops, sales, festive periods, or high-demand launches, processing may take longer.
Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline:
Kerala: 2–5 business days
Metro cities: 4–7 business days
Other Indian locations: 5–10 business days
Remote or non-serviceable areas: May take longer depending on courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or above a minimum order value.
COD charges, if applicable, may be charged separately and are usually non-refundable.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship orders through trusted courier and logistics partners. Courier selection depends on delivery location, serviceability, product type, and operational availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and being available to receive the order.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and pincode.
Retro FC is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, unavailable customer, locked premises, or refusal to accept delivery.
If an order is returned due to customer-side issues, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delayed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed due to:
Courier delays.
Weather conditions.
Public holidays.
Festivals or high order volume.
Remote location serviceability.
Natural disasters or force majeure events.

8. Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at delivery, please take photos/videos before opening and contact us within 48 hours.
9. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, Retro FC may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit after courier investigation.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Retro FC ships within India only, unless international shipping is specifically enabled on the website.
