Return and Refund Policy – Retro FC

At Retro FC, we want every customer to receive the right product in good condition. This Return and Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are accepted for products purchased from our website.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product received is different from what was ordered.

The product has a clear manufacturing defect.

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

For hygiene and quality reasons, products that are used, washed, altered, stained, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags/packaging may not be accepted.

2. Size Exchanges

We accept size exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Size exchange is allowed only once per order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another available size/design.

Return shipping for size exchange may be borne by the customer unless the mistake was from our side.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Products that are washed, worn, altered, or stained.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Clearance sale, final sale, or customised products, unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

However, if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, Retro FC will review and resolve the issue as per applicable Indian consumer protection rules.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Order details required: Order ID, registered phone number/email, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

5. Quality Check

Once the returned product reaches us, it will go through a quality check.

If approved, we will process the refund, exchange, or store credit.

If rejected due to use, damage, missing tags, or policy mismatch, the product may be sent back to the customer.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check.

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

COD orders, if applicable, will be refunded through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit after collecting the required details.

Refunds usually take 7–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return/exchange process.

If Retro FC cancels an order due to stock unavailability or operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.

8. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. If verified, Retro FC will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
